Hello friends welcome to my site, today I will
tell you about major problems of Jazzcash, and their solutions, if you are
using Jazz SIM, definitely you will face lots of problems, because of Jazz
network issues, as you all know Jazz is Pakistan’s first big cellular network,
with almost 38.1 million customers, all over the Pakistan. Jazzcash is also popular
service of mobile banking for customers. And as per report of Jazz team there
are almost 6.5 million active monthly users of Jazzcash. Many other networks
also providing facility of mobile wallet, in Pakistan, Telenor started first Mobile
wallet service after that many other companies also started , but Jazzcash in nowadays
competition network with Telenor. There are different types
of problems/issue with Jazzcash account nowadays Jazz has announced daily limit
schedule for sending money to any account, only five (5) transaction can be
made by customer daily wise, it is very big issue for all, and many customers
complaint about it, because if you are a businessman and you need many
transactions daily, So, you need a account with full customization and daily
limits. There is another big issue with Jazzcash, if you are using a bank
account with your same name and you send amount from it to your jazzcash
account, then you transaction will be paused and payment will not be delivered/received
to you, it is a big problem in recent
time (October 2020). I am sharing with you a personnel experience I made two
transaction first I send Rs.12000/- in my Jazzcash account from my bank account,
when I finished all steps, and I received a message from bank that your
transaction is successfully completed and your amount has been transferred to
you desired account. But when I checked my Jazzcash account there is no
balance, I wait for 24 hours, for payment but after 2 days, I didn’t get money,
then I called at helpline for this issue (on bank side), they lodged my
complaint and said that your payment will be reverse to you within five (5)
working days, thereafter 05 days I didn’t receive payment, and I again make call
to helpline , they again said me that you need 10 days more required for resolve
this issue. (It was very hard for me), finally after 10 days I din’t get
payment and I cant make any further complaint, I was busy in my work. And when I
complete one month and payment was not received I again call to helpline , they
requested me that please wait few days more and thereafter one month and 04
days I received back the amount and second time also I send Rs.6000/- to my
Jazzcash account from a bank account, and same payment was not received till 10
days, after I received a information that there is issue backhand of Jazz, and
got a solution, today iwill tell you the
solution, if you thinking why I am telling you whole story, just for your information,
maybe you face same problem in future you can solve it easily without facing in
difficulties. So without wasting your further time, lets start.

- Jazzcash Mobile Application
Daily sending limit:- Jazzcash recently
announced new schedule of payment sending only five transaction can be made
daily. For new users the monthly limit for sending money is Rs.25000/-. And it
is not much for a small businessman.
Internet Bank Fund transfer:-
A big issue highlighted from users while sending money from IBFT
to Jazzcash, if you send money from a bank account of your own and send it to
jazzcash and jazzcash is also registered with you name you can face problem of
payment not receiving.
Jazzcash Mobile Application:-
If you are using
Jazzcash application you can face error of (Jazzcash Unexpectedly Quit), many
customers are also facing this issue, and till today it is available, company is
not taking solution.
Solutions
Daily
sending limit:- you can increase your daily limit of Jazzcash account from nearest
Mobilink franchise & service center. There is no other alternative solution.
Jazzcash
Mobile Application errors. If you are facing error on your Jazzcash mobile
application while opening it, simply click on (Send report) and type ( Jazzcash
application not working properly) and send it. Your problem will be resolve
within 48 hours.
Internet Bank Fund transfer:-
If you are using bank account on your name and
jazzcash, don’t make any transaction from IBFT to Jazzcash, you can face problem,
and if you already facing this issue, simply call on your bank helpline and ask
for transaction ID and thereafter call to Jazzcash helpline (4444) and provide
them TID & other information for completing of your transaction.
