Fully funded overseas Scholarships of High
education Commission 2021
Good news for students, Higher Education Commission
announced fully-funded overseas Scholarships for Spring & fall 2021, HEC
invited applications from all over Pakistan for fully-funded overseas
scholarships for Ph.D. & MS/MPhil. Students belonging from Azad Jamu &
Kashmir (AJK) can also avail of this scholarship.
Ph.D.
scholarships are limited to certain fields & MS/Phil scholarships offered
for the filed of Engineering Technology, all successful candidates will study at
HEC-identified top-ranked foreign universities of advanced countries. All
candidates are allowed only to have just one 2nd division throughout
the academic career. HEC will award scholarships on a purely merit bases. HEC
will conduct the Aptitude Test (HAT) and the same will be organized by Education
testing council Pakistan on October 18, 2020.
Requirements
Candidate
must have BS degree or equivalent (16years) with a minimum of three CGPA (1st
Div in case of annual system) and should be registered with NTC for MS/M.Phil scholarships.
For
Ph.D. scholarships candidates must have MS/MPhil/ME degree or equivalent
(18years) with a minimum 3 CGPA (first division in case of annual system).
Employee
of public sectors R&D organization registered with PCST, candidates who are
full-time regular faculty members of public sectors universities/colleges and
aged 40 years of less, while other candidates are aged 35 of less on or before
12 October 2020 can apply for the scholarships.
Candidates
securing 70 percent marks in HAT will be considered for MS/MPhil & Ph.D.
scholarships and that will cover fees & other all academic fees, accommodation,
round airfare tickets, monthly stipend, health insurance & book allowance.
