There are many origin Hypertension as defined hormonal & genetic syndromes, multifactorial racial & other familial factors.  And it is major cause of mortality and morbidity in the world and it can increase worldwide as public health problem in coming years. High blood pressure is known as hypertension in clinical term. Hypertension is divided in 2 categories of primary and secondary. Silent killer is also called to high blood pressure sometimes, because high blood pressure has no sing of symptoms and in high blood pressure blood reaches on savage level. Some times high blood pressure damage different organs, if it untreated.  To live healthy live and hypertension free prevent diet and exercise. Always control on your weight try to lessen salt and reduce alcohol, stress. Always eat healthy foods and vegetables. And a newspaper of Pakistan reported that eighteen percent of adult population suffers from Hypertension in Pakistan, and as per report of WHO just fifty percent from them are diagnosed. There are five ranges of blood pressure Normal, Elevated, Hypertention-1, Hypertnsion-2, and Crisis hypertensive, recognized by AHA (American Heart Association). If you are blood pressure patient you should contact healthcare providers and follow instructions without any delay. And the main burden of hypertension is because of lack of consciousness and inadequate treatment. The 120/80 mmHG measurement of blood pressure reading is normal, and 135/85 mmHG reading is high. High blood pressure mostly caused by our lifestyle factors like lack of exercise, stress & poor diet.

Actually, Hypertension is commonly a silent condition, many peoples never experienced of symptoms because hypertension take years and decades for level to arrive on levels. And you need to start physical activity it is much important; exercise help you to reduce stress and make you blood pressure lower and also help to strength cardiovascular system. Doctors recommend to get 150 minutes of moderate each week and also control on you weight, physical activity help to lowers you blood pressure. And adopt a cleaner lifestyle try to quit smoking, because chemicals in tabacco damager body’s tissue and also harden vessel walls of blood and also reduce to drink alcohol , because alcohol raise blood pressure and control on sweet foods try to eat fresh fruits. High blood pressure damage arteries, heart, brain, So, keep follow the instructions. Monitor your blood pressure on daily basis, and if you are patient of blood pressure and hypertension make sure to check up from any medical expert, and avoid to apply home made remedies, it can effect on your life, because hypertension can cause of heart attack & brain.
